UNSOLICITED CALLS
ContextMedia is aware that many people have been receiving unsolicited calls from an organization claiming to represent the Diabetic Network, Diabetes Network and/or Diabetes Action Network. We want to make clear that this group has absolutely no relationship or connection to ContextMedia, the Diabetes Health Network, the Heart Health Network or any of its affiliates or employees. We are fully cooperating with law enforcement and the state attorney’s offices in Illinois and Ohio to investigate and end these unsolicited calls.
Based on the information we have, we have reported the phone numbers 631-652-1575, 1-800-840-7171, 213-710-8139 and 240-507-1192 as numbers from which these calls are originating. If you have received one of these calls, you can help support the investigation by filing a detailed complaint with your State Attorney-General including the phone number from which the call originated. You can also file a complaint online with the FCC (esupport.fcc.gov).
We thank you for your assistance with the pending investigation.
