- We’ll call you to answer any questions about the DHN, and, if you’re ready to proceed, to schedule an installation appointment with the Diabetes Health Network.
- Your Diabetes Health Network package will arrive a few days before the appointment date, and the technician will install it in your reception area at no cost.
- Every month you’ll receive the latest programming from the Diabetes Health Network. Return a simple form to us and watch your patients smile!
